This fireplace is a classic design; reminisce of an old thin and tall structure. The seating is on three sides, 16 inches deep in the front and 8 inches deep on the sides. The dimensions of the firebox are now 28" tall, 32" wide and 24" deep. All measurements are before the installation of firebrick. The footprint is 48" deep x 64" wide, the height of the structure is 92". The front face of the fireplace above the firebox is large enough to adorn it with wrought iron decoration, outdoor art, or whatever suits your taste. Minimal block cutting is necessary.
Years ago I looked at my bare backyard and thought I should add something. I had a lot of unused space but felt trees and plants weren't what the space needed.
